The Gotoh Museum - Garden

The Gotoh Museum has a big Japanese garden on its back side.
This garden drop down into the bottom of the hill.

There are many trees and many stone statues and monuments along paths.
And there're tea ceremony rooms in the garden.

The Gotoh Museum

The Gotoh Museum was open in 1960 as a private museum.

Exhibitions are collections of Keita Gotoh who's the chairman of Tokyu Railroad Company.

His collection has 5000 items including 5 national treasures and 50 important cultural properties, mainly old arts in Japan and Orient.
