Bridge Archives "Kachidoki"

Kachidoki Bridge used to be a drawbridge.
It opened once to 5 times a day when big vessels passing under.

Bridges opened up to 70 degrees and it took 70 seconds to open them completely.
They've been never opened since 1970 because of heavy ground traffic.

Bridge Archives "Kachidoki" is a museum to show history and mechanism of this bridge.

There're electronic motors and electronic panels as they were.
Videos and 1/100 scale model of the bridge help you to understand how it works.
