Yasaka's Pagoda

When you come down on Sanneizaka hill from Kiyomizu Temple, there's a beautiful five story pagoda. It's a part of Hokanji Temple established in 592, but it's called Yasaka's Pagoda since it's located between Yasaka Shrine and Kiyomizu Temple.

In the neighborhood, there's a shrine decorated by colorful stuff.
It's Yasaka's Koshindo and colorful stuff is called bound monkey.
It's a symbol of controlling your mind.
