Itabashi Station

There're cherry blossoms which make a circle in front of JR Itabashi station.
These cherry blossoms continue to Sakura street.

On the other side of street, there's the grave of Isami Kondo who was the leader of Shinsengumi.
Shinsengumi was armed police organized by  Edo Shogunate at the end of Edo era.

Isami Kondo was executed near here and his head was sent to Kyoto to expose to public and his body was buried here.
