Daikyakuden

Daikyakuden means big guest hall.
This hall is behind of the main hall of Taishakuten Temple.

This building was built in 1929 and made of 100% Japanese cypress.
One cypress lumber was selected out of hundreds of lumbers.

A wide hall way is facing to Suikeien garden and it has glass sliding doors so that people can look at the garden from inside of the house.
