Yasukuni Shrine

Yasukuni Shrine is a symbolic shrine to deify victims of war.
Soldiers got into the war greeting each other "See you at Yasukuni Shrine".

A long straight approach to the shrine is beside Kitanomaru Park.

There's a statue of Masujiro Omura who is a founder of Japan army in the middle of the approach.

This place is famous for cherry blossoms and one of the trees here is a standard tree to see when cherry blossoms bloom in Tokyo.

There's a Noh play stage, too.
